Return & Refund Policy

At BARBINA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect and pack every order to ensure quality. However, if you face any issue with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the hygiene and safety nature of skin care and cosmetic products, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received an incorrect item

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, shade mismatch, or personal preference are not accepted.

Return Request Timeframe

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • All seals, labels, and tags must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided

Products that appear used, opened, or tampered with will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), BARBINA will cover the return shipping cost.
For any other approved cases, shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the payment type

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Free gifts or promotional items

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
